  • a 4-week introductory program

  • same day, same time, same small group

  • perfect if you’re feeling a little nervous

intakes run every 5 weeks at each studio.

TIPS TO ENSIRE YOUR FIRST CLASS IS EPIC

CHECK THE LOCATION

We have 2 studio locations, ensure you are booking into the correct one so you don’t turn up in the wrong spot.

ARRIVE EARLY

This is imperative, we need to give you and any other new movers an orientation of how the reformer works and chat to you about any injuries or concerns. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. If you are late, you will not be permitted entry for safety.

COMMUNICATE

Inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancies or limitations so they can provide appropriate modifications to support your experience.

CONSISTENCY IS KEY

Regular practice allows your body the chance to learn repetition and build strength. Consistency (even just 1 class per week) is what builds this.

STAY OPEN-MINDED

It's normal to feel challenged, especially in the beginning. Focus on learning the movements and don't worry about perfection.
