4-week course

If you want to try Reformer Pilates in a group environment where everyone is a newbie, this one is for you. Our 4-week beginners club offers 4 foundation level classes on the same time and the same day with the same group of legends 4 weeks in a row.

Committing to a 4-week course is the perfect way to ease yourself into creating a sustainable exercise habit if you are someone who does not love to exercise (hopefully we will change that).

1 x class a week is achievable, you will learn the ropes, make new friends and leave feeling confident enough to jump into regular group classes - HOW GOOD!?

We offer regular intakes for our beginners club. Below are the starting dates available for sign up.
