Courtney is a passionate Pilates instructor. She began her Pilates journey as a complete beginner, discovering firsthand how powerful small, consistent steps can be in transforming both body and mind. That personal experience is what drives her passion for teaching, especially the basics, because she knows that building a strong foundation creates lasting results.
Her classes are designed to be fun, welcoming, and uplifting. With a focus on body positivity, Courtney encourages her clients to celebrate what their bodies can do rather than focus on limitations. She believes Pilates is for every body, no matter where you are starting from, and she creates an environment where strength, confidence, and self-love grow with each session.
Known for her kindness, vibrant energy, and killer playlists, Courtney blends movement and music into an experience that feels more like a celebration than a workout. Whether you are brand new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, her goal is to help you feel good, move with confidence, and leave class stronger than when you came in.

Kaeli has been passionate about movement for as long as she can remember. With a background in dance and physical culture, she’s always been fascinated by the way the body moves, flows, and expresses strength. That lifelong love of movement naturally led her to Pilates, where she discovered not only a new way to challenge herself but also a practice that felt deeply empowering and sustainable.
Wanting to share that passion with others, Kaeli completed her instructor training through National Pilates Training. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping clients connect with their bodies, build confidence, and find joy in every class. Her approach is both supportive and inspiring, creating an environment where every client feels seen, encouraged, and capable of more than they thought possible.
In Kaeli’s classes, you can expect thoughtful sequencing, an uplifting atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to discover your own strength. She loves guiding clients through sessions that leave them feeling strong, proud, and energised, while also reminding them that movement can (and should) feel joyful.
For Kaeli, Pilates isn’t just exercise - it’s a way to empower people, foster self-connection, and bring a little more confidence into everyday life.

Jaydn wears two hats here at Club Heart – as the heart of our communications and as a newly qualified Reformer Pilates teacher. Her Pilates journey began over two years ago, and in that time she’s completed more than 250 classes. What started as curiosity quickly grew into something bigger: a passion for movement, connection, and creating a space where every body feels welcome.
She says: as someone in a bigger body within the fitness industry, she knows firsthand how intimidating it can feel to step into a studio for the first time. That lived experience has shaped her mission as an instructor – to encourage others, especially those who might feel Pilates “isn’t for them,” to give it a go. Because the truth is, Pilates is for every body. There’s no mould you need to fit, no certain way you need to look or move. All you need to do is take that first step, and Jaydn will be there to show you it’s not nearly as scary as it seems.
At Club Heart, Jaydn’s values align perfectly with what we stand for: inclusivity, empowerment, and genuine community. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in encouragement and accessibility, meeting you where you’re at, and celebrating progress in all its forms. For Jaydn, movement should feel good, not punishing, and should serve as a tool to build strength, confidence, and self-connection rather than something that makes you feel “less than.
”When she’s not teaching, Jaydn is championing the voices of our community through her communications role, or still on the reformer herself, continuing to learn and grow. Pilates has given her so much, physically, mentally, and emotionally and now it’s her privilege to share that same gift with others.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to try Pilates, consider this it. Jaydn would love to see you in class and help you experience just how empowering it can be.
