CLASSES

Our classes are designed as a pathway to progression, not a collection of random workouts.

Beginner > open-level > intermediate > advanced

Each level is designed with a clear role: from learning the foundations, to building consistency, to developing real strength, endurance and high-level capacity. This approach is grounded in exercise science and progressive overload principles, which is why our clients don’t plateau and don’t outgrow their training.

You will always know where you are starting, what you are working towards and how you are improving.

BEGINNER

Feels like: A first date you actually enjoyed.. Supportive, a little exciting and zero pressure to be anything other than yourself.

Pre & post natal friendly: Yes

New to Reformer? New to movement? Or just wanting to build your confidence before stepping into open-level classes? This is your start point.

  • In Beginner, we focus on learning the foundations properly, how to set up your Reformer, how to move with control and how to understand your springs, so you are not just getting through a class, you are actually building skills.

You will develop body awareness, coordination and strength in a way that feels manageable and encouraging. This is where your nervous system gets comfortable, your technique becomes consistent and your confidence starts to grow.

No rushing, no keeping up, just good coaching and real progress.

This is the beginning of your Pilates obsession for a reason.

OPEN - LEVEL

Feels like: Your regular coffee order: familiar, reliable and something you genuinely look forward to.

Pre & post natal friendly: Yes

This is where everything starts to come together.

  • You will keep building strength, spend more time working under load and start to move with more confidence and control. Options are always layered throughout the class, so you can make it more supportive or more challenging depending on what your body needs that day.

It is challenging in the best way, the kind that makes you feel capable, not overwhelmed.

For most clients, this becomes their weekly go-to. The place where consistency is built, progress is noticeable and training becomes something you genuinely enjoy.

INTERMEDIATE

Feels like:The moment you realise your “I can’t” has quietly turned into “watch me”.

Pre & post natal friendly: No
*Must have prior reformer experience to attend these classes

This is where building muscular endurance & strength gets serious.

  • You will be coached to manage higher levels of fatigue, work with real intensity and keep your technique when things get challenging.

These classes are strong, low impact and programmed with purpose! It is the bridge between consistent training and high-level performance. We do not F around in these classes.

ADVANCED

Feels like: The highlight of your week that you complain about before and talk about until the next time.

Pre & post natal friendly: No
*Must have prior reformer experience to attend these classes.

This level is for clients who love to work, who want to be coached at a high standard and who are ready to keep progressing long after most studios run out of options.

  • You will work close to muscular failure, spend serious time under tension and train with heavier spring loads than you ever thought a Reformer could deliver. Low reps and heavy resistance, higher volume endurance blocks, which means: real progressive strength work and most importantly, it means you never stop progressing.

It is challenging, low impact and one of the most effective ways to build the strength and muscle mass that supports your body for the long term. If reformer pilates and progressive strength training had a baby: this is it. Intense & addictive.

BYO MINI

Feels like: Training without having to rearrange your entire life.

Pre & post natal friendly: Yes

These are family-friendly class times where your mini is welcome to come along while you train. You are also welcome without a mini.

  • They exist purely to give you options. You can book into your usual level, with the same programming and coaching, just in a more life-friendly format. And if you don’t have a mini with you? Still book it. The time slot is for everyone.

Nothing about the class changes. It just makes showing up more doable on the days you need it.

POP-UP CLASSES

CLUB JUMP

Feels like: All your best childhood memories in an open-level format.

Pre & post natal friendly: no

Think low-impact cardio that is dynamic, sweaty and genuinely fun. Using the jumpboard, you get the benefits of plyometric training in a joint-friendly way.

  • You are still producing force and working through power-based movement patterns, but without the same ground impact you would get from traditional jumping.

Why does that matter? Because this style of training has been shown to: improve bone density, strengthen tendons and connective tissue, increase coordination and balance and build cardiovascular fitness. All of which are key for staying strong, capable and injury-resistant as you get older.

It is also one of the most efficient ways to elevate your heart rate, improve endurance and boost your mood in a single session.

So yes.. It feels like play, but it is very intentional training for your long-term health.

BYO BOYFRIEND

Feels like: The group chat after he admits it was harder than he expected.

Pre & post natal friendly: Yes

This is our pop-up class for partners, husbands, boyfriends and the “I’ll try it one day” Men in your life.

  • It runs in an open level format and is programmed to give first-timers a proper introduction to strength-based Reformer in a space where they are not the only guy in the room.

So yes, bring him along. For moral support, for fun, or to settle the “it’s just stretching” debate once and for all.

Pop-up dates are announced on Instagram, or send us a DM to find out when the next one is coming up.
