Club Heart exists because of a moment that completely changed the way I saw the fitness industry.
Years ago, I took my little sister to her first Pilates class. She had never felt comfortable in gyms or group fitness spaces, and it took a lot for her to walk into that room with me. I was so excited for her because after years of teaching full-time, and being mentored by some of the most experienced, long-standing Pilates instructors in the industry, I had seen how life changing Pilates can be.
But the experience didn’t meet her with the support or guidance she deserved. Nothing was adjusted for her, she wasn’t coached and the overall energy made it clear she wasn’t being considered in the way other clients were.
What hit me most was this: it wasn’t just her.
This is the exact experience so many people have when they try to start, and for a lot of them, that first class is also their last.
Club Heart was built so that never has to happen again.
WHAT WE DO DIFFERENTLY
We don’t run classes where everyone is expected to fit the same mold. Our trainers are educated to coach different bodies, different starting points and different goals. That means adjusting spring loads, exercise selections and progressions so that every client can train in a way that is challenging, safe and actually effective for them.
You’re not just coming in for a workout. You’re following a structured, progressive approach that helps you get stronger over time. You will always know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, and you will feel yourself improving.

Most of our clients walked in thinking they weren’t fit enough, strong enough or experienced enough to be in a Pilates studio. They thought they would be the only beginner. They thought they would stand out. They thought everyone else would know what they were doing.
That is exactly why this space exists.
You don’t need a certain level of fitness to start here. You don’t need to change your body to belong here. You just need to walk through the door and we will meet you where you are.

We are currently the only studio on the Coast offering a true class progression all the way through to advanced level.
That means you are not repeating the same style of class forever. You are working through a clear pathway that takes you from beginner, to open level, to intermediate and when you are ready, into advanced training.
Our advanced classes and strength blocks are built on real exercise science and progressive overload, so your body continues to adapt and get stronger over time.
For you, that means you never outgrow your training. There is always a next step, and we are there to guide you through it.
