  • At Club Heart, we understand the importance of privacy and are dedicated to keeping your information secure. We may collect personal information such as your name, date of birth, contact information, medical history, payment information, and other information relevant to customer surveys and offers.

    Clubheart.au may collect information (such as name and email address) strictly for contact purposes when users opt to fill out an email submission form to stay informed about the latest news and events happening at the club. Please note that email transmissions may not always be secure, so please exercise caution when deciding what information to send to Club Heart via email.

    We may use your information to send you special offers, promotions, and information about Club Heart via email. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may choose to opt out of future mailings. We may also use your information to compile usage statistics and other data regarding the use of our website and services. We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties.

    By providing your personal information to Club Heart, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this privacy policy. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website.     In addition, we may take photographs and videos of our members and activities for use in marketing materials and social media. By participating in Club Heart classes or services, you agree to allow us to use these without compensation or liability.

  • I understand and acknowledge that participation in Pilates classes involves physical activity and inherent risks of physical injury or death, including but not limited to those caused by falls, collisions with equipment, or other participants, equipment failures, or inadequate supervision.

    By signing up for and participating in Club Heart classes, I am voluntarily assuming all risks of physical injury or death that may result from or be related to my participation. I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with my physician prior to participation in any Pilates class.

    I agree to comply with all rules and instructions given to me by Club Heart staff members or instructors, and to use the equipment and facilities provided by Club Heart in a safe and responsible manner. I understand and agree that Club Heart is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of my failure to follow these rules and instructions or to use the equipment and facilities provided in a safe and responsible manner.

    I further understand and agree that Club Heart may use photographs or videos of me taken during my participation in Pilates classes or events for marketing or promotional purposes, including on social media, without compensation or further consent. I acknowledge that I have no expectation of privacy with respect to any such photographs or videos, and that Club Heart owns all rights to the photographs or videos. If you wish you disagree, please contact us via hey@clubheart.au prior to your first class commencing.

    I acknowledge that Club Heart is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property that may occur on the premises. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while attending class.

    In consideration of being permitted to participate in Club Heart classes, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, release and forever discharge Club Heart, its owners, members, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur as a result of my participation in Club Heart classes or the use of Club Heart facilities and equipment.

    I acknowledge that by booking into a class with Club Heart, I have read and fully understand the terms of this liability release and media consent, and I voluntarily accept and assume all risks of physical injury or death that may result from or be related to my participation in Club Heart classes or the use of Club Heart facilities and equipment.

  • • To secure your spot in class, all bookings, purchases, class changes, and cancellations must be made by the client on their personal account through our website or via the Momence app.

    • Payment must be made prior to confirming your booking on our online system. You must have a valid class pass or membership to book your session. Once payment is made and the booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

    • We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee as stated in our ‘Late Cancellations / No Shows’ category below.

    • Our booking system offers a waitlist service on a first come first served basis. By booking yourself onto the waitlist, you commit to attending the class time if a space for you becomes available. It is your responsibility to cancel your spot outside of 6 hours before class starting and to have notification and email receiving turned on to avoid late cancellation and or no-show fees.

    • Grip socks are mandatory for safety and health reasons and can be purchased before class or in-studio. No socks, no play!

    • Classes start on time, and late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will not be allowed in. No refunds or class credits will be given if you arrive later than the 5-minute cut off. If it is your first time moving on a reformer, you must arrive 5-10 minutes early for an orientation of the machine, no exceptions!

    • You must inform Club Heart of any medical conditions or factors that may put you or our staff and members at risk before, during, or after class.

  • Due to the scale of our small group (6) reformer classes, our late cancellation & no-show policy is strictly enforced. Please be respectful of our Club rules and fellow members. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that any changes or cancellations be made prior to the 6-hour cancellation window via the Momence app or the online booking system.

    Definitions:

    Late Cancel - When you cancel your class via the Momence app or website (www.clubheart.au) within 6 hours of the class start time.

    No Show – When you do not cancel your class prior to the start time and do not turn up.

    • ‘Unlimited Membership’ holders, this includes ‘Club Tease’ studio intro & ‘Opening Offer’ club members will incur a $10 Late Cancel fee or a $20 No Show fee.

    • ‘2 Class Membership’, ‘3 Class Membership’, ‘Class Pack’ & ‘Casual Class” holders will lose their booked class credit when a Late Cancel occurs & additionally incur a $20 fee when a No Show occurs.

  • • This offer is only available for first-time clients and can only be used once per person.

    • The offer is valid for individual purchase and use only and cannot be used with any other promotion.

    • The pass has a 10-day expiry from the date of your first booked class and cannot be transferred, placed on hold, extended, or partially refunded.

    • Credit card processing fee applies to all online transactions made through the processing company 'STRIPE', as shown at checkout.

    • We enforce a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all booked classes, and charges apply as per our 'Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy'. No refunds will be given for incorrect choice, change of mind, late cancellations, or no shows.

    • Unlimited class members are limited to 1 booking per schedule day and can additionally show up to a second class on the same day if spaces are available. Please contact hey@clubheart.au if you need support with this.

  • $99 – 30 days of unlimited classes.

    • This offer is only available to the first 50 clients that sign up and can only be used once per person.

    • The offer is valid for individual purchase and use only and cannot be used with any other promotion.

    • The pass has a 30-day expiry from the date of your first booked class and cannot be transferred, placed on hold, extended, or partially refunded.

    • Credit card & debit card processing fee applies to all online transactions made through the processing company 'STRIPE', as shown at checkout.

    • We enforce a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all booked classes, and charges apply as per our 'Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy'. No refunds will be given for incorrect choice, change of mind, late cancellations, or no shows.

    • Unlimited class members are limited to 1 booking per schedule day and can additionally show up to a second class on the same day if spaces are available. Please contact hey@clubheart.au if you need support with this.

  • $25 – Direct debited weekly through ‘STRIPE’.

    • Each week, the membership allows for 1 class credit to be used.

    • Membership holders can purchase additional sessions at a rate of $22 per class, which must be arranged prior to attending the class by purchasing individual sessions. These additional sessions will be valid for 7 days from the purchase date. If an extra session is taken during the weekly cycle and it shows as unpaid or owing, the card on file will automatically be charged $22 per session booked, regardless of late cancel or no show. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient funds available in their account to cover the additional charges.

    • Membership automatically renews every 7 calendar days.

    • A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required.

    • Unused class credits do not roll over to the following week and are forfeited.

    • A written notice of 2 weeks is required to cancel the membership, only after the 12-week commitment period is over, by emailing hey@clubheart.au.

    • If a client experiences long-term or permanent injury or illness that prohibits them from using our services, they may terminate their membership immediately. The termination will become effective upon our receipt of written confirmation from a medical doctor.

    • Membership is valid for individual purchase and use only, and cannot be transferred, extended or refunded.

    • Membership can be put on hold for up to 1 month per calendar year, after the initial commitment period is over. We require at least 1 weeks written notice for all holds by emailing hey@clubheart.au

    • Credit card and debit card processing fees will be applied to all online transactions made through 'STRIPE', as displayed at checkout.

    • We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all booked classes, and charges will apply as per our 'Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy'. No refunds will be given for incorrect choice, change of mind, late cancellations, or no shows.

    • The client is responsible for ensuring that the account attached to the elected credit or debit account has sufficient funds for each weekly membership payment to process. If the payment fails, the system will attempt to retry the payment after 2 days, and if it fails again, the client's account will be blocked until paid. Additionally, a $10 fee per calendar day will be added until the account is paid.

  • $45 – Direct debited weekly through ‘STRIPE’.

    • Each week, the membership allows for 2 class credits to be used.

    • Membership holders can purchase additional sessions at a rate of $22 per class, which must be arranged prior to attending the class by purchasing individual sessions. These additional sessions will be valid for 7 days from the purchase date. If an extra session is taken during the weekly cycle and it shows as unpaid or owing, the card on file will automatically be charged $22 per session booked, regardless of late cancel or no show.     • Membership automatically renews every 7 calendar days.

    • A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required.

    • A written notice of 2 weeks is required to cancel the membership, only after the 12-week commitment period is over, by emailing hey@clubheart.au.

  • Round 1 - $50 / Round 2 - $55 / Round 3 - $60 – Direct debited weekly through ‘STRIPE’

    • Foundation members are limited to 1 booking per schedule day and can additionally show up to a second class on the same day if spaces are available. Please contact hey@clubheart.au if you need support with this.

    • Membership automatically renews every 7 calendar days.

    • A minimum commitment of 12 weeks is required.

    • A written notice of 2 weeks is required to cancel the membership, only after the 12-week commitment period is over, by emailing hey@clubheart.au.

    • The foundation price is locked in to your membership for 6 months and will automatically increase to the standard price of $65 if not cancelled before hand.

    • If a client experiences long-term or permanent injury or illness that prohibits them from using our services, they may terminate their membership immediately. The termination will become effective upon our receipt of written confirmation from a medical doctor.

    • Membership is valid for individual purchase and use only, and cannot be transferred, extended, or refunded.

    • Membership can be put on hold for up to 1 month per calendar year, after the initial commitment period is over. We require at least 1 weeks written notice for all holds by emailing hey@clubheart.au

    • We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all booked classes, and charges will apply as per our 'Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy'. No refunds will be given for incorrect choice, change of mind, late cancellations, or no shows.

    • In case of payment failure in the case of fees (late cancellation & no show), the system will automatically attempt to retry the payment after 2 days. If the payment fails again, the client's account will be blocked until the payment is settled. Additionally, a $10 fee per calendar day will be charged until the account is paid.   • 5 pack, 10 pack, 20 pack, 50 pack

    • Class packs are valid for individual purchase and use only, and cannot be transferred, extended, or refunded.

    • We have a strict 6-hour cancellation policy for all booked classes, and charges will apply as per our 'Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy'. No refunds will be given for incorrect choice, change of mind, late cancellations, or no shows.
